DO NOT come here. Shady lol. We were going up the stairs when a lady (waitress) came down and spoke with us in Mandarin (since we didn’t understood her in Japanese) and asked how we knew about this place and we said there was a sign at the entrance and she led us up the stairs to the restaurant. It was a hole in the wall but it seems like where local would go. Pretty cool place if it wasn’t for 2 customers (men) suddenly sat next to our table and started smoking and complaining that they do not serve the food they wanted. The food was a little below average. It was ok but not for the price. AND then the sekiryou (seat charge) 500 yen each person (we had 3 people). I would understand it if the food was good/popular/busy, but man…got hustled lol. But it was a cool experience, never went to a “shady” restaurant in Japan before.
